What is IslePlay?
IslePlay® refers to player credits from direct mail cash coupons or prizes that can be redeemed instantly for play at your favorite slot machine-so there's no need for you to wait in line to redeem coupons!
How do I get IslePlay?
Just watch your mail. Whenever you see an IslePlay® coupon in future mailings, player credits will have already been added to your players club account and will be available for play on your favorite slot machine during the valid dates shown on the coupon. IslePlay® offers are available on slot machines at the property from which you receive your mailings.
How do I redeem IslePlay?
Step 1: Stop by guest services to choose your PIN (Personal Identification Number) if you haven't done so already.
Step 2: Insert your players club card into the slot machine and wait for the green light.
Step 3: Select the "menu" button on the screen.
Step 4: Enter your 4-digit PIN and press "enter." The amount of IslePlay® available will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Select the "IslePlay®" button on the screen.
Step 6: Activate IslePlay® by inserting a coin or bill.
